A premium European menswear brand required sourcing of high-grade 100% Merino wool and cashmere yarns, custom gauge knitting patterns, and exact pantone dyed colors. We engineered structured, pill-resistant sweater fits for the European market.
The client struggled to find a factory capable of doing fine gauge fully-fashioned knitting with custom logo jacquards while guaranteeing low pilling and structural stability after machine washing.
We used our 12GG computerized knitting flatbeds to construct fully-fashioned panels, pre-shrank yarn blends, and applied silicone softening washes to prevent pilling.
Custom Recycled Activewear Production for an E-commerce Brand
A fast-growing fitness activewear seller required seamless squat-proof leggings and moisture-wicking tees using recycled polyester. The client needed short sample cycles to align with marketing campaigns.
High returns due to legging seams splitting during workout stresses. The client also required strict GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate tracing.
We switched production to four-needle six-thread flatlock sewing machines and supplied certified recycled yarn lots with GRS transaction certificates.
OEM Heavyweight Streetwear Hoodies for a NA Wholesaler
A prominent streetwear distributor in North America needed high-volume production of oversized French terry hoodies (400 GSM) featuring complex puff prints and embroidered graphics.
Pre-shrinkage values in heavyweight cotton were exceeding 7% in tumble dries. Printing inks cracked after 5 wash tests.
We pre-shrank the knit fabric lots via industrial drying tunnels, reducing post-wash shrinkage to under 2.5%. We formulated silicon-additive inks for the screen print to prevent cracking.
