Industrial Apparel Quality Control & Inspection
We enforce a strict 8-step quality assurance workflow across material intake, fabric cutting, sewing lines, and packaging to protect your brand's reputation and minimize return rates.

Protecting Your Brand with Zero-Defect Production
We understand that retail returns and poor garment construction can damage your apparel brand's position. Our QC technicians function independently of the production management team, reporting directly to our General Manager to guarantee unbiased, honest inspections.
Our 8-Step Inspection Workflow
From fibers to final export cartons, quality checking is integrated into every manufacturing node.
Raw Fabric Inspection
All incoming fabric rolls are loaded onto light-box inspection machines. We check for yarn defects, staining, holes, and weave consistency, rejecting rolls that score below standard rating systems.
Color Fastness Check
Fabric swatches undergo crockmeter testing (both dry and wet rubbing) and washing tests to ensure dyes do not bleed or migrate during consumer use.
Shrinkage & Wash Test
Before cutting, we run laundry shrinkage tests on fabric batches. The patternmakers calibrate cutting dimensions based on shrinkage ratios to ensure fits are perfect after laundry cycles.
In-line Sewing Checks
QC examiners are stationed directly on the sewing lines. They inspect stitch tension, seam allowances, symmetry, and trim placement, correcting errors on the spot.
Final Measurement Review
Pressed garments are laid flat and measured against the approved size chart spec sheet. We ensure dimensions for chest, waist, cuffs, and length stay within tolerance limits (+/- 1cm).
Conveyor Needle Detection
Particularly for sleepwear, children's clothing, and retail brands, all finished garments pass through a specialized conveyor metal scanner to ensure no broken sewing needles remain.
Packaging & Tag Audit
We verify barcode tags, neck labels, care labels, and sizes match carton sorting plans. Hangtags are checked for placement and polybags checked for warning text legibility.
AQL 2.5 Final Random Inspection
Prior to container loading, our head QC manager pulls random cartons to execute a final audit based on international ISO/AQL 2.5 sampling standards.
Verified Quality Control & Production Workflow
We monitor every phase of assembly—from paper sizing and stitch density to final high-sensitivity needle detection and export boxing.

Steam Shaping & Pressing
Steam pressing knitwear on the worktable to set the garment shape, smooth seams, and prepare it for inspection.
Social Compliance & Yarn Traceability
Our factory facilities are structured to clear international third-party compliance audits. We utilize certified raw yarn supplies.
